John Arboleda, CEO (Chief Engagement Officer)

John is a stakeholder engagement expert and Chief Engagement Officer at NOYO with 16 years of international experience in higher education.

He has held various leadership positions with top European Business Schools: ESADE Business School (Barcelona, Spain), Goethe University (Germany) where he partnered with the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University launching an executive MBA program in Europe, across the student-to-alumni engagement lifecycle. John is a graduate of UCLA, and also serves as a Director on the UCLA Alumni Association Board of Directors.

Victor Xu, Strategic Marketing Consultant

Victor has a background in marketing, strategy and management consulting. As a recent graduate of UCLA and HBS’s Summer Venture Management Program, he is spearheading the strategic marketing efforts of the firm with responsibilities in consolidating and clarifying NOYO’s value proposition, developing a sustainable and scalable marketing strategy, designing the re-launch of NOYO’s website and positioning NOYO’s global brand.

His past experiences include developing a social enterprise for ex-homeless individuals, consulting a $67 million nonprofit with LEK Consulting, growing a $150,000 program for UCLA Anderson Exec Ed, and interning with United Nations Foundation & GOODcorps.

Shalini Bhattacharya, Associate

Shalini is an ESADE MBA graduate with a background in operational consulting at KPMG and innovation consulting at Claro Partners and Smart Design, an award winning global innovation consulting firm.

As an Associate at NOYO, specializing in innovation consulting, she is well versed with design thinking approach, service design methodologies, co-creation workshops to solve user-centered challenges. She has worked with companies such as Fiat Chrysler, IBM, Unilever, Vodafone, Goldman Sachs and Charles Schwab.
